Can I view Reebok products in store? Do you offer Click & Collect

All Reebok Fitness products are distributed online only, delivered to your front door.

Can you bundle my order or sell Reebok products found on Reebok.com.au?

We are only able to offer the current products listed on reebokfitness.com.au

How much are delivery costs?

Reebok Fitness charges delivery costs based on the size of the item, and the location you're in. All products will incur a delivery cost and will have a shipping calculator on each product page. Please note that shipping cost calculations are for one product, one quantity only. For multiple items, your total delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your item has not been shipped, please contact us immediately on delivery@reebokfitness.com.au

If the item has been shipped with our delivery partner, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges, however, you may return the product under the Change of Mind policy (See Delivery & Returns)

Once returned, please place a new order.

How do I add / make changes to my shopping bag?

To add a product to your bag, select how many you want to buy before clicking the 'Add to Bag' button. For items that have sizes, please select the right size in the sizing options.

To make changes to your shopping bag, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon at the top of the page. Now you can adjust the quantity of any item in your bag, or completely remove items.

When you've finished making changes, click the 'X' button to return to the online shop to continue shopping. If you wish to check out and finalise your order, press 'Checkout' and continue through to the next steps.
